We are constantly improving our Services, so these Terms may need to change along with the Services. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will bring it to your attention by sending you an email.
If you don't agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them; unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use the Services. If you use the Services in any way after a change to the Terms is effective, that means you agree to all of the changes.
We conduct outreach on behalf of our clients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not engage in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
All outreach is targeted, personalized, and sent to prospects showing genuine interest or engagement signals. We comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
Triet Labs provides done-for-you B2B lead generation services. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon during the discovery call and documented in a separate service agreement.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TRIET LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
